Green Juice
I love green juice! And once you try this, you’ll love it too!
It's a great way to get your daily serving of fruits and vegetables in!
What you'll need:
2 stalks of celery
2 cucumbers
5 apples (cored)
Half a lemon
Half a bunch of parsley
Optional:
Ginger root (peeled)
Beets (peeled)
Kale

-Cut celery and cucumbers in half
​
-Core the apples (I have a handy apple slicer that cores the apples easily, but you can cut them with a knife)

-Add all the ingredients into a juicer
-I pour the juice into a large pitcher as the juicer gets full, then stir it up before I pour it into individual containers
​
-Juice the lemon and add the juice into the pitcher
​
-Pour the juice into mason jars or what ever storage jars you have handy!
**This recipe makes 4 mason jars full of green juice!
**Note that if you use beets your juice will not be green like a commercial, it will look more like poop! But that’s okay!
