Healthy Soft Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These soft chewy Oatmeal raisin cookies are… sugar-free, butter free, egg free, gluten free, dairy free and flourless! This healthy recipe makes for a great snack when you are on the go!
This recipe makes 2 cookie sheets full of medium sized cookies, approximetely 24 cookies! I love having a lot so it lasts me a few days… But you can cut this recipe in half or double it to suit your needs!

What you'll need:
2 bananas, mashed
1 cup milk of choice (I use almond or coconut milk)
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 cups gluten free oats
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1cup raisins
4 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup Manitoba Milling Co Smooth Milled Flax Seed
1 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts

Optional:
Add peanut butter or any kind of nut butter
Add chocolate chips
Add pecans or any kind of nuts
Add protein powder

-Preheat oven to 350F
​
-In a large bowl whisk dry ingredients together
​
-In a small bowl mash bananas
​
-Add wet ingredients and mashed banana to the large bowl
​
-Mix well!
​
-Drop dough onto a baking sheet by rounded tablespoons (you can make the cookies whatever size you’d like)
-Push them down with a fork
-Bake 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown
​
-Store extra cookies in an air tight container to help maintain freshness
